Contra Costa has won its last two games, including a 32-2 win over Gavilan last week. It's made its mark this year on defense, forcing 12 turnovers, including 10 interceptions.
Three different quarterbacks have completed 37 passes this season for Contra Costa -- 17 to receiver Ronald Butler.
Quarterback Josh Correia was sharp last week for Hartnell, throwing for a career high 194 yards and three touchdowns.
DeAndre Mann is on pace for a 1,000 yard rushing season for the Panthers. Last week he rushed for two touchdowns and caught a touchdown pass.
After failing to record an interception in the first two games, Hartnell picked off six passes last week, with Robert Foy and Sheldon Wynn both returning interceptions 45 yards.
