After giving up 20 points in its first three wins, Alisal was tagged for 28 in suffering its first loss of the season last week.
Both the Trojans and Watsonville dropped games last week by identical 28-20 scores.
Alisal's defense spent a lot of time on the field last week as Aptos ran 70 plays, piling up 289 yards on the ground.
The Wildcatz Chris Picazo tossed two touchdown passes last week in a loss to SLV, as did Alisal quarterback Ezequel Gonzales against Aptos.
Roger Contreras has rushed for a team high 318 yards for Watsonville, while catching a team high 10 passes.
