One former Monterey County football player sent me a text, telling me he believed he suffered 20 concussions in high school, yet never came out of the game for fear of being accused of being weak.
He also talked about a former teammate that got his bell rung, was puking at halftime, yet never missed a snap.
Lets hope times have changed.
