If the Mission Trail Athletic League is alright with water polo, boys volleyball and tennis being a part of the equity league system, why not have it for all sports?
Granted, not everyone fields a water polo or tennis team, which shrinks the amount of schools among the three leagues.
As a result, it makes more sense to merge them into just two leagues, rather than three.
Still, I can't help thinking how much fun it might be if say Carmel were a part of the MBL's Pacific Division next fall in football instead of say Pajaro Valley.
