Three coaches in three years isn't often a sign of stability in a program.
 But the core of last year's team that went to the playoffs is intact, including four year starting pitcher Victoria Lucido.
 Her presence on the mound alone makes the Breakers a playoff contender and a sleeper in the MTAL.  Lucido has not allowed an earned run in 14 innings of work this year.
 Two other all-leaguers are back in Lilli Consiglio and Michelle Bernier. Consiglio ripped a home run in the teams season opener.
