The junior hurler is second on the Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo baseball team in appearances with 10.
Grim, who was drafted by the Miami Marlins last summer, is 1-1 in 10 relief appearances with a 3.77 earned average.
The right-hander, who has been clocked at 94 mph, has nine strikeouts in 14 innings. Last year Grim pitched at Monterey Peninsula College and is a Salinas graduate.
