Are the Toreadores going to skate through the Monterey Bay League again for a ninth straight title?
Despite losing two of the best players in the county to graduation, this might be a better balanced team at the plate.
With a 14-4 season opening win over Seaside on Monday, Monterey has won 25 straight league games.
But will this league prepare them for a run at defending their CCS title?

don't let that score fool you.11 runs were unearned from 8 errors from plays that should be routine.nothing from what Monterey did.all Seaside mistakes.different out come if they players who can make routine catches, half there squad should be playing jv.but there doing there best that's all you can ask for.
