Recently named to the Community College All-State first team in basketball, the 6-foot-9 Young has narrowed his college choices to Texas A&M, LSU, Oregon and North Carolina State.
Young, who played last season at Monterey Peninsula College, led the state in scoring (21.2) and rebounds (14.9).
