MBL girls track

Potentially the league finals could be wide open.
 Monterey has the premier distance runner in the county in Anna Welsh, who is the defending MBL champion in the 800, 1,600 and 3,200.
 Seaside has a junior blistering the track in the sprints in Jayla Scholis, who has already run 12.44 in the 100 meters. Last year Scholis was eighth in the section finals in 12.46.
 And perennial power North County will rely on its depth to catapult them to another team title. Junior Linda Delgado is a threat from the long jump to the 800.
