No one is talking about North Salinas in the Division I girls playoffs.
But it did close the TCAL season with a three-game winning streak, knocking Salinas out of first place and for the most part, knocking Alisal out of the playoff picture.
Plus, the Vikings are no strangers to the postseason, have extended their season 12 out of the last 13 years under Darren Jackson.
One more thing. North Salinas has won six straight playoff openers.
