If there were two films I would have watched of Monte Vista this past week, it would have been of its games against Monterey and Christopher.
In both games, the Mustangs gave up over 400 yards in total offense. The difference is Monte Vista still beat Christopher, who is similar to Carmel with its balanced attack.
One number of interest is the first quarter where Carmel has scored 198 points while the Mustangs have allowed just six.

This could be a good game. Not sure if MVC has the defense, but maybe they step it up and make it a game.
