Monterey Bay League
1. Monte Vista: Depth is always an issue. But no team is deeper at the skilled positions.
2. Monterey: The reigning champs lost some speed at the skilled positions, but are bigger in the trenches.
3. Seaside: While the numbers are down, this is still the most athletic team in the MBL.
4. North County: Michael Lopez can't do it all by himself.
5. Watsonville: Returns its leading receiver and running back.
6. Christopher: Could be the most improved team in the MBL.
7. Pajaro Valley: Can go nowhere but up this fall.
