Salinas City Jamboree

 What will we learn tonight when four Salinas football teams engage in a jamboree at 7 p.m. at Salinas High Stadium?
 Well, that North Salinas is young.
 Alvarez is athletic.
 Salinas has about 1,000 players.
 And Alisal could be a sleeper team.
 You may see things that you'll never see again, such as Salinas throwing the ball.
 What a jamboree can do is enable an unknown player to emerge in a game situation and perhaps climb the depth chart.
