Hazing

I kind of like the idea that Dez Bryant refused to pick up Roy Williams' shoulder pads in Dallas after practice.
I'm not a big fan of hazing to begin with, even though this isn't really hazing. Only in Dallas is this really news.
And who is Roy Williams? Oh, the veteran that is going to lose his job to Bryant.
Bryant has some growing up to do. But if I was Williams, I would be more worried about making the team instead of trying to haze a rookie.
