Bigger move on the horizon???

The Giants got three-time all-star second baseman Freddy Sanchez in a trade with Pittsburgh.
But why?
Wasn't Juan Uribe doing just fine.
I like Sanchez and his .300 plus career batting average, although he is currently hurt. And Uribe has spent some time of late at shortstop.
Do the Giants have another trade up their sleeve before Friday's trade deadline?
While first baseman Ryan Garko was a good trade, he doesn't solve the power shortage.
The Giants are clearly a better hitting team with the additions. Plus both are under contract for next year. I just don't know if it's enough. But it at least provides hope for the stretch run.
