Shaq on the move

Had Cleveland traded for Shaquelle O'Neil in February, it would be celebrating an NBA title today.
Will this trade help Cleveland next season?
Possibly.
Is this move a knee jerk reaction to Orlando and Dwight Howard?
Absolutely.
Does this make LeBron James happy?
Certainly.
Will the trade keep LeBron in Cleveland after next year?
I'm not so sure.
Shaq will be motivated in facing Howard, who calls himself Superman. Remember Shaq was the original Superman. He even has the tattoo.
But at 37, can Shaq within an 82 game season at the pace Cleveland plays? It didn't work in Phoenix, although Shaq had a solid season.
I still like the move. He will dominate the East. Shaq wants another ring. What better way to earn it than to take down Kobe and the Lakers.
