Golf fans deserve better

As most of you know, Tiger Woods and the U.S. Open comes to Pebble Beach next year.
So how would you feel if you shelled out $200 for a ticket, rain washed away your day, and your ticket is non-refundable for another round over the next three days?
Because that is what's going on this week in New York.
If you bought a ticket to Thursday's first round of the U.S. Open, you just blew $200 or more because there are no refunds.
Chances are most people bought packages. But what about the ones that came for just one day, because it's all they could afford?
This doesn't happen in any other sport accept golf. Remember, the fans are the reason the purses have become so large.
