Once the 6-foot-3 sophomore got comfortable running Carmel's offense, the quarterback excelled, completely over 60 percent of his passes.
Lee threw for over 1,600 yards for the Padres, tossing 15 touchdowns. He didn't throw a pick in his last 59 attempts. He added nearly 200 rushing yards on the ground.
