As many as five players from the California Collegiate Athletic Association champion Otters baseball team could here their names called in the MLB June Amateur Baseball Draft on Wednesday.
Rounds 10-40 will take place on Wednesday.
Among the names are San Benito High grad Jacob Tonascia, who hit .328, sharing the single-season school record for home runs with Hayden Duer with 18.
Tonascia also broke the single-season RBI record for CSUMB with 65, with Duer driving in 61, also surpassing the old record.
Table-setter TJ Dove is a candidate to be drafted as well, after hitting .380 for the Otters, finishing with a team high 90 hits and 62 runs scored.
Dove reached base in a school record 49 straight games for CSUMB, compiling a school record 23 game hitting streak.
Pacific Grove product Kyle Czaplak revitalized his career at CSUMB after a two-year absence from injuries, hitting .382 while playing flawlessly at shortstop.
And pitcher Colton Fletcher posted a 10-1 record this past spring with a 3.10 earned run average. The left-hander struck out 74 in 81 innings of work.
Dove and Czaplak have a year of eligibility left, while Tonascia, Duer and Fletcher are all seniors.
The last player from CSUMB to be drafted was right-handed pitcher Kory Groves, who was chosen by the Baltimore Orioles in 2016.
