Chris Clements made 15 appearances this past spring for the UC Santa Barbara baseball team, going 1-2 with two saves.
The junior hurler made seven starts, tossing 41 1/3 innings, striking out 26 hitters. In three years for the Gauchos, Clements has made 47 appearances, with 100 strikeouts in 141 innings.
Clements hurled Pacific Grove to a 31-0 record and a Central Coast Section Division II title as a junior.
