Los Gatos-Salinas girls soccer

 The Cowboys will look to snap a three-game playoff losing streak tonight when they entertain Los Gatos in the Central Coast Section Division I playoffs.
 Salinas is just 1-4 in its postseason history, while Los Gatos has four section titles to its resume and the fourth most playoff wins (35) in CCS history.
 For the first time in three years, the Cowboys didn't capture the Gabilan Division title. But they went unbeaten in their last 11 games with eight shutouts.
 Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo bound Brooke Oleson has produced a career high 25 goals this season for Salinas and shares the team lead in assists with Taylor Burbank with nine.
 Goalie Isabella Perez has recorded 94 saves for Salinas, while Kimi Chin is the reigning two-time Gabilan Division MVP.
 Los Gatos, who fell in the CCS Division I semifinals last year, is 10-7-2 overall, finishing third in the De Anza Division of the Santa Clara Valley Athletic League.
 Annette Greenley anchors the offense, leading the team in goals and assists. The two teams have no history of ever playing each other.
 A common opponent is Valley Christian. Los Gatos posted a 1-0 win while Salinas played them to a scoreless draw.
