No one plays a more difficult non-league schedule than the Chieftains.
Two state ranked teams are among their first four games, including tonight at Mitty, who won the CCS Open Division title last year and is off to a 2-0 start this winter.
Down the road, Piedmont Hills, who took part in the Open Division playoffs last year, and defending CCS Division II champion St. Francis are also on the calendar.
For the first time in a decade, the Chieftains don't have that Division I caliber player roaming the court. Instead, it's a collective group that is molding as one.
