Northern California bowl game

The winner of the Marin Catholic-El Cerrito game will get one of the Northern California Division III playoff spots at Sunday's bowl selection seeding meeting.
Hilmar (13-0) will likely get the second spot if it beats Central Catholic. However, if it losses, that opens up a spot in Division III.
According to Cal Hi Sports, that second spot could come from the Sacred Heart Prep-Pacific Grove winner on Saturday at Independence High in San Jose.
A case for 11-1 Pacific Grove stems from having avenged its only loss last week by beating then 11-0 Carmel with a CCS record 77 points. Carmel beat Palma (Open Division playoffs) earlier this year.
It might be hard to ignore the Breakers if they beat Sacred Heart Prep, an 'A' League school, whose only loss is to Terra Nova (the top seed in the Open Division in the CCS).
