Hartnell soccer

What's unique about the Panthers state title team is the roster.
 Every player on that state championship team played high school soccer in the tri-league area.
 Among them are a handful of Alisal High graduates that earned a national ranking and a Central Coast Section Division I title last year.
 Included in that group is Joni Cruz, who scored the game winning goal for Hartnell on Sunday and was named the tournament MVP.
 There was goalie Fabian Narez, who was sensational between the pipes in recording the shutout, and Lorenzo Vasquez, who had a goal and an assist in the tournament.
 Guess what? They are all coming back next fall.
