Two wins to close the season against two playoff bound teams vaulted the Vikings into the Division I playoffs.
North Salinas faced 17 teams this spring that are in the postseason.
Woodside went undefeated in the Peninsula Athletic League's Ocean Division and is 22-1-1 since opening the season with three straight losses.
Christina Patton won 18 games in the circle for Woodside, with 176 strikeouts and a 1.02 earned run average.
