MTAL all-league soccer

 Michael Sanchez, Sergio Gasca, Jesus Toribio and Roman Arroyo were all named to the first team for Mission Trail Athletic League boys soccer champion Soledad.
 Also named to the first team included Carmel's Kes Harper, Trey Coppinger and Colin Empey, Pacific Grove's Jordan Jones, Gonzales' Christian Esquivel, Stevenson's Drew Miller, Marina's Cristian Alvarez, Anzar's Basilio Mejia and York's Ryan Ixtlahuac. Ash Vasanji of Carmel was named Coach of the Year.
