What is it with the Kansas City Chiefs affection for former 49er quarterbacks?
First it was Joe Montana. Followed by Steve Bono and Elvis Grbac. Now Alex Smith is headed to Kansas City.
If history repeats itself, the Chiefs will be in the playoffs next year.
