Carmel and Pacific Grove will play an alumni football game on Saturday, Sept. 18 — at Soledad High at noon.
WHY SOLEDAD?
If you couldn't get either facility, why move the game 45 minutes south?
My guess is Soledad isn't charging a fee to use its facility. But who is going to make a drive to Soledad for an alumni game?
People on the peninsula don't drive over the Salinas River for high school games.
