49ers revival

It's not the two-game winning streak that catches your attention as much as how well the 49ers are playing under interim coach Mike Singletary.
For all we know, maybe dropping his pants at halftime in the locker room in his head coaching debut five weeks ago worked.
Because outside of a major coaching blunder from his offensive coordinator that cost this team a win in Arizona, the 49ers have looked -- dare I say like a playoff team.
Let's not get to far ahead of ourselves. But I think Singletary deserves the job.
Singletary was smart enough to realize that Mike Martz's J.T. O'Sullivan experiment at quarterback was a failure.
The 49ers have won three games with Shaun Hill quarterbacking this team. Lets see, dating back to last year, Hill is 5-2 as a starter.
Oh, they are still making a lot of mistakes. But it's hard to ignore the fire that this franchise has lacked the last five years.
