Stallworth football grounded

Stallworth Academy — you've heard of them — is in the news again for the wrong reasons.
The SAC-Joaquin Section has suspended all sports at the Stockton school for the rest of this year and next year after eligibility issues were discovered.
Big surprise there.
What does this mean? Well, likely forfeit wins for Greenfield and Monterey, but not Carmel, who canceled its game with the school five weeks ago.
Greenfield was slated to play Stallworth in Week 9. My hunch is the Bruins likely weren't going to play the game. But a decision to hold off on canceling it will likely give them a forfeit win.
The same holds true for Monterey, who was beaten 29-12 by Stallworth three weeks ago.
Stallworth came under scrutiny after calling itself Hancock Christian over the summer, then seeing eight players from SJS power Franklin High transfer after that program suffered severe CIF violations.
