400 relay - Monterey (William Caliz, Azjani McGill, Eris Hutchins, Jaiden Russell) 41.92. Rank: 8th. Projected finish: 8th. *Note: Monterey has set a personal record in three straight meets.
400 relay - Carmel (Nick Sloan, Benicio Cristofalo, Lavar Edwards, Rashaan Ward) 42.43. Rank: 13th. Projected finish: 11th. *Note: A trip to the final would mean dipping under 42 seconds.
 Pole vault - Vicente Jordan Vanderlipe (Alvarez) 14-0. Rank: 27. Projected finish: 9th. *Note: The mark is misleading. His season best of 15-6 1/2 captultes into the top five.
 100 - Azjani McGill (Monterey) 10.82. Rank: 12th. Projected finish: 9th: *Note: McGill has a best of 10.71, which could move him into the top eight.
 200 - Azjani McGill (Monterey) 21.56. Rank: 6th. Projected finish: 5th. *Note: The junior hasn't been pushed in the 200 all season.

Girls
 Pole vault - Laurel Wong (Santa Catalina) 12-0. Rank: 12th. Projected finish: 3rd. *Note: The reiging state champion, this is her fourth straight trip to the state. She has a best of 13-3.
 High jump - Lauren Pritchard (Carmel) 5-2. Rank: 24th. Projected finish: 18th. *Note: This meet will be used a a building block for the sophomore.
