Stevenson (3-3) at Soquel (3-3), 7:30 p.m.
The significance in the Pirates stringing together three consecutive wins is all of them have come in the Santa Lucia Division.
As a result, Stevenson is one of two teams still undefeated in its division, with a potential showdown looming in two weeks with undefeated Gonzales.
Of course, there's no room in looking ahead as Soquel sits just a game back in the loss column, and has had an extra week to gear up for the Pirates.
Ironically, both teams' last win came against Harbor, with Stevenson posting a 20-0 win last Friday and Soquel securing a 26-0 decision two weeks ago.
Alex Murray has rushed for nearly 600 yards since moving to the backfield four weeks ago for the Pirates. Dylan Santos is coming off a two-touchdown passing effort last week.
Stevenson is clearly battle tested, having been involved in three games decided by four points or less this year, going 2-1 in those games.
Connor Adams has been a demon on defense for Stevenson, leading the team in tackles. Murray has a team high three interceptions.
The Pirates have to be aware of Soquel tailback Darius Bedford, who is a dual threat as a runner and receiver out of the backfield.
