Miranda brothers

Willy Miranda and his brother Eduardo have made an immediate impact on the San Jose State men’s soccer team.

In his first season with the Spartans, Willy Miranda has three goals, including a pair in a 4-1 upset of then nationally ranked USF. One of his goals came on an assist from his brother Eduardo.

The pair were standouts at Alisal, with Willy returning to the sport last year at Hartnell College after a four-year absence. Willy was a part of Alisal’s 2013 Central Coast Section Division I title team, which went 19-0-4.
