Having transferred to the University of Central Oklahoma this fall, the 6-foot-4 receiver caught 24 passes last year for 262 yards and a touchdown at Alabama-Birmingham.
Turner, who prepped at Seaside and finished among Hartnell’s all-time leading receivers, averaged 20.2 yards a catch last fall. During his senior season at Seaside, he 36 passes for nearly 700 yards.
