Itsel Oseguera
A three-time all-leaguer in cross country for Monterey, the senior returns for her senior year with an eye on another all-league finish.
Oseguera was 23rd last year in the Central Coast Section Division III finals. She put together a solid track season for the Toreadores last spring.
