Former North County slugger Brock Bueno will play baseball next spring at CSU-East Bay, where he will compete for a starting job in the infield.
Bueno spent last season at Gavilan College, where he hit .280, driving in 22 runs while scoring 21.
As a senior at North County in 2016, he hit nearly .600, earning a spot on The Herald’s All-County baseball team.
