1. San Benito: Completed an undefeated Gabilan Division season.
2. Notre Dame: A program with a lot of postseason experience on its roster.
3. Watsonville: Three of its four losses came in the final two weeks of the season.
4. Carmel: Might be the hottest team going into the Division II playoffs.
5. Salinas: Will ride an 11 game winning streak into the postseason.
6. Christopher: Eleven of its 18 wins came outside the Gabilan Division.
7. Santa Catalina: Who had the Cougars winning 17 games this spring?
8. Pacific Grove: Outscored its last two opponents 29-0.
9 Monterey: Will take its season ending win over Notre Dame into next spring.
10. Gilroy: Will return all but two players next season.
