The former Pacific Grove hurler is third on the UC Santa Barbara baseball team in starts this spring with seven, compiling a 1-4 overall record.
The right-handed redshirt sophomore has 31 strikeouts in 41 2/3 innings for Santa Barbara. Clements was medically redshirted after an injury last spring.
As a junior at Pacific Grove in 2014, Clements went 14-0, leading the Breakers to a 31-0 season and Central Coast Section title.
