The former Palma pitcher/catcher has made a team high eight starts this spring for the St. Mary's baseball team, posting a 2-0 record. The 6-foot-5 right-handed hurler has 31 strikeouts in 41 innings of work. He sports a 1.000 fielding percentage defensively.
Neff was a four-year starter for Palma, hurling them to a Gabilan Division title four years ago.
