5. Pacific Grove: Goes into the MTAL season riding a four-game winning streak.
6. North Salinas: One run away from being undefeated this spring.
7. Carmel: Strong non-league schedule will pay dividends for the Padres.
8. Monterey: Only setback on the season came from Pacific Grove.
9. Salinas: Easily the most improved team in the county to date.
10. Gilroy: Will make some noise this spring in the Gabilan Division.
