The Seaside High grad has already surpassed last year’s entire total for 3-point goals for the Otters women's basketball team with 62, moving her to No. 2 all-time with 154.
The 5-foot-6 senior guard is 26 3-point goals away from breaking the school career record. Dorn is also 11 away from the single-season school record of 73. The Otters have 10 games left in the season.Dorn is averaging four 3-point goals a game, which puts her on pace to shatter both records. She is currently ranked No. 3 in the nation in Division II in 3-point goals.
Her current total of 62 is more than the rest of the team, which is a combined 51. The only player to start all 17 games for the Otters, Dorn leads the team in scoring at 12.8 points and is ranked No. 4 in assists and steals.
