Greenfield-Stevenson football

Saturday's game
Greenfield (3-5) at Stevenson (4-3) 2 p.m.
Casey Mornhinweg has thrown for over 1,800 yards and 23 touchdowns in just six games this fall for the Pirates. No one has had a bigger year than Will Lansbury, who has over 1,000 receiving yards.
Turnovers crippled Stevenson in its three Mission Trail Athletic League losses, having given the ball back 11 times.
Hector Ramirez has quietly had a productive year for the Bruins, as he has rushed for nearly 1,300 yards and 14 touchdowns.
The second quarter has been a thorn in Greenfield's side all season, as it has been outscored 83-35, forcing them to play from behind in the second half.
Opening up the offense this year has been met with mixed success as the Bruins have thrown for five touchdowns, the most since 2010.
The Pirates defense has produced three touchdowns this fall, including two from Lansbury, who has scored 17 touchdowns this year.
