Kicker Andrew Franks closed the first quarter of the NFL season leading the Miami Dolphins in scoring with 17 points.
The former Carmel High three-sport standout has knocked down three of four field goals attempts -- with a season best of 41 yards -- and all eight of his extra point attempts for Miami.
Now in his second season as an undrafted free agent, the 6-foot-1 Franks has converted 16-of-20 field goals in his career. He's also sending over 85 percent of his kickoffs into the end zone.
