Alex Lathos begins her third season for the Long Beach State women’s cross country team. Last fall she set personal bests in the 5k (18:34.2) and 6K (22;57.7) for the 49ers.
The Notre Dame High school record holder in the 800 in track, Lathos went to the state meet in cross country after finishing fifth overall at the CCS Division V finals.
