The Condors will not be allowed to take part today in a scrimmage in Gilroy because they do not have enough practices.
Poor air quality last week from the month long fire near Big Sur forced North County to cancel two practices. Because the gym is not ready for use, it couldn't go inside.
The state requires 10 practices. The Condors had their ninth practice on Thursday. North County was slated to scrimmage Gilroy and Carmel.
