The 100 meter champion in the MTAL last spring in track, Coppla showed off that speed last year in the football playoffs with a 57 yard touchdown catch for Pacific Grove.
Coppla, who rushed for nearly 500 yards last season, also had a 58 yard touchdown run and a 68-yard touchdown pass. He's also among the MTAL's top returning defensive backs.
