Luke Lowell

Former Pacific Grove quarterback Luke Lowell was named to the SCIAC all-academic football team at Pomona-Pitzer College in Claremont.

Lowell completed 23-of-34 passes for 265 yards and two touchdowns in two starts last season as a sophomore for Pomona-Pitzer before suffering a season ending injury to his collarbone.
As a freshman, he appeared in nine games as a special teams player. Lowell threw for a school record 2,519 yards and 34 touchdowns in 2013 in leading Pacific Grove to a spot in the Central Coast Section Division IV title game.
