The Cowboys will go into Saturday's Northern California South Conference championships looking to repeat as champions at Laguna Seca.
Third place finishers last year as a team at the State Championships, two riders for Salinas will go into the conference finals undefeated this year in Rylan Loader and George Musante.

Salinas has averaged six podium finishes among the eight categories all season, including one event where at least one rider medaled on all eight podiums.
Over 50 schools are expected to compete on Saturday, including local teams from Palma, San Benito and Monterey.
