Former Salinas High softball standout Casey Watt has raised her batting average to .291 at San Jose State.
A junior utility standout, Watt has appeared in 45 games for the Spartans, having started 19.She’s hit three homers and driven in 14 runs while scoring 23 runs. Defensively, Watt sports a .978 fielding percentage.
Watt was a four-year starter at Salinas, earning all league honors in softball and tennis.
