The former Palma hurler helped pitch the St. Mary's baseball team to a WCC title and the No. 1 seed in this weekends conference tournament.
Neff is 5-3 on the season with one save. The junior has made 16 appearances for the Gaels, including 11 starts, recording 66 strikeouts in 74 innings of work.
It's possible that the 6-foot-4 Neff could be drafted in MLB's June Amateur draft.
